During our experience we have kids / youth programmes for children from birth to 14. Our aim to ensure they all have a great time at church as well having an encounter with God. The aim of our children’s and youth ministry is to build a generation of godly young people in a fun and friendly atmosphere and we believe and hold true to Proverbs 22:6
When you arrive at church for the first time you will be asked to register your child so we have all the information we need to ensure they can have fun and are safe. You will be given a number when you register so that if there are any problems or your child becomes distressed a message will flash up on the screen with your number so you can come out.
All our dedicated team are experienced, trained and DBS checked.
All our children stay in for the beginning of the experience and will then go to their appropriate group.
We have age appropriate toys and will encourage them to get involved in kids praise and worship and to read a story. We have changing facilities available and are willing to change your child if you are happy with that or you can make use of them if you prefer. If you need to feed whilst at church you can do this in either the kids room or the foyer wherever you feel more comfortable, we have hot water available if you need it.
The kids have a full programme including active praise and worship, teaching, games and activities. Our resident puppets JJ, Lulu, Jason and Sky often pop in to help teach the kids! Each month we have a theme and memory verse for kids to learn and if they do they will earn dollars to exchange for prizes in the shop!
Fusion stay in the experience for the passionate praise & worship and then come out after DLife. Through discussion and teaching we explore what it means to be a Christian and answer questions you might have related to God and your life, you can also ask us anything! They’ll also be some fun along the way and there may be edible prizes for the winners!
